How can i resolve this error when extracting ole objects from the accdb file?

That error suggests that Access OLE Export does not recognize that file type, or is recognizing it incorrectly.
In order for us to troubleshoot the error, you'll need to send us the raw data file (exported with a .bin extension). If that is not possible due to privacy issues, then consider if its possible to add a dummy entry to the table using your application, then try to extract that specific item using Access OLE Export. If that fails and also creates a .bin file, then you can send us that bin file as it does not contain any sensitive data.
