REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND

CONDITIONS

Referrals

•

For each referred friend that makes a successful purchase, you will

earn USD 1 credit for every USD 10 spent by your friend.

•

If multiple referrers refer the same friend, only the first referrer

whose link the friend clicks on is rewarded.

•

You cannot refer yourself as a friend. Any user found doing so will

have their account terminated immediately, and all credits earned

will be forfeited.

•

Referrers are identified by cookies. If cookies are disabled on your

friend’s computer, we cannot track their purchases and

unfortunately, we cannot reward you in those cases.

Credits

•

There are no limits to the amout of credits you can earn.

•

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

•

Credits can be accumulated and used:

o

to purchase any Yohz Software products at non-discounted

prices.

o

to redeem for Amazon gift cards

•

Credits from different user accounts (determined by your email

address) cannot be combined.

•

Credits expire 12 months after the date they were earned.

•

All credits are subject to a 31-day cooling off period before they

can be redeemed.

Redemption

•

To check your credits status, visit this page and enter the email

address you used when you first purchased a product from us.

•

To use your credits, send an email to sales@yohz.com, and let us

know the amount you want to use to:

•

opurchase our products, in which case we will issue you a coupon

code which you can use during the checkout process.

•

oor purchase Amazon gift cards.

•

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your request.

•

Credits cannot be used to help pay for another user’s purchases.

•

You must accumulate a minimum of USD 20 in credits before you

can redeem your credits.

General

•

If any fraud or attempted fraud is detected, all credits belonging to

that user will be forfeited, and the account terminated.

•

Yohz Software reserves the right to change the terms of the

referral program at any time without prior notice.

•

at any time without prior notice.
